The residential building is located in Nork-Marash administrative district of Yerevan. The area is located on the terrain, which has a descent to the North-West. The main approach to the area is from the East. The structure consists of two blocks. To protect the entrances of the building from precipitation, as well as to give it a more intimate scale, it is solved in the form of a colonnade. The architectural theme of the colonnade stretches in the North-South direction, leading to Mount Ararat.

The two blocks comprise three above-ground and one basement floor. The above-ground areas are intended for apartments, and the underground ones are for parking lots and technical rooms. One entrance and exit is given from a relatively low section of the plot to reduce the length of the ramp. The presence of relief also allows to provide natural ventilation in the above-ground parts of the parking lot.

The Southern facade of the building is served with large glass openings and balconies, to provide the residents with the view to Ararat. In the Northern front, there are technical areas and the number of windows is minimized. At the customer's request, 25 small apartments are designed.
